The Employee of the Month rewards scheme is our way of saying thank you to our caregivers for the invaluable support they provide in the community. A £50 Amazon voucher and a certificate is awarded to one member of staff from each of the five regional areas we operate in every month, which not only increases employee motivation, but improves morale within the workplace.
Here is a round-up of our recent winners in North Lincolnshire:
August: Employee of the month for August is Niamh Woods. Niamh re-joined the Sure Healthcare team last month and has gone above and beyond to pick up shifts wherever she is needed to ensure clients are not left without care. This is a testament to Niamh’s commitment to the role, thank you and keep up the great work.
July: Busayo Samuel Owaboye works extremely hard and goes over and above each and every shift. Nothing is ever to much for Sam and his positivity has a fantastic effect on his clients and colleagues alike. If any other areas of the business require extra support, he is the first to offer help. Sam is also happy to provide transport for his colleagues who who require transport into work.
June: Karrie really stepped up to lead the team during a challenging client CG. Even during times of crisis, Karrie has stuck it out and worked to the best of her ability to ensure we continue to give clients the best chance of living an independent life, also taking on extra shifts to ensure we are never left short.
May: Jenny has continued to uphold a clean absence record and picked up a lot of extra shifts to ensure we can continue to provide a safe level of care. Jenny stepped up to a team lead role several months ago, which has resulted in improved life skills among clients and an improved staff morale.
April: Nothing is ever to much for Rosanna, she goes above and beyond daily and always has a smile on her face and a welcoming approach and to new staff members. Rosanna is happy to help with all our packages of care in North Lincolnshire and offers her support to other branches when needed.
